| dc.description.abstract | O relatório apresentado tem como objetivo descrever e analisar reflexivamente o estágio que realizei no Hotel Tryp Porto Expo em Leça da Palmeira, entre setembro de 2017 a dezembro do mesmo ano. A elaboração deste trabalho enquadra-se no âmbito do Mestrado em Gestão do Turismo e Hotelaria pela Universidade Europeia - Laureate International School. No relatório, é apresentada uma revisão de literatura, sobre o Turismo em geral, os departamentos onde decorreu o estágio - Financeiro e Comercial - dando maior destaque ao Comercial, por ter sido a área que me despertou maior interesse. Neste sentido, para além da apresentação da entidade acolhedora do estágio e de todas as unidades pertencentes ao grupo Hoti Hoteis / Meliá International Hotels, será feita, uma descrição sobre as atividades específicas do estágio, uma análise crítica e proposta de melhoria para essas mesmas atividades, ou seja, financeira e comercial e uma reflexão acerca da importância de trabalhar em grupo e da relação entre grupos e lideres. Em resumo, o estágio contribuiu para a ampliação dos meus conhecimentos tanto a nível operacional como a nível de gestão de uma unidade hoteleira. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The report presented aims to describe and reflect reflexively the stage I held at the Tryp Porto Expo Hotel in Leça da Palmeira, between September 2017 and December of the same year. The preparation of this work falls within the scope of the Master in Tourism and Hotel Management by the European University - Laureate International School. In the report, a review of the literature on tourism in general, the departments where the stage was presented - Financial and Commercial - was presented, giving greater emphasis to the Commercial, because it was the area that aroused my greatest interest. In this sense, in addition to the presentation of the welcoming entity of the internship and all the units belonging to the group Hoti Hotels / Meliá International Hotels, will be made, a description about the specific activities of the internship, a critical analysis and proposal of improvement for these same activities, that is, financial and commercial, and a reflection on the importance of working in groups and the relationship between groups and leaders. In summary, the internship has contributed to the expansion of my knowledge both at the operational level and at the management level of a hotel unit. | pt_PT |
