During clinical practice, the need arose to deepen knowledge about the benefits of alternating positions associated with the Spinning Babies® approach during labor, leading to the preparation of a narrative literature review. In addition, a critical reflection was made on the practices observed during the internship and their application in the light of the most up-to-date scientific evidence.
