Atualmente as organizações estão fortemente dependentes das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação. O artigo apresenta aplicações práticas de utilização das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação em tempo de Pandemia e nomeadamente no que se refere a constituir-se como fator impulsionador da melhoria do tempo em família. A metodologia adotada foi a Design Science Research dada a sua adequabilidade ao domínio dos Sistemas de Informação permitindo iterações subjacentes à criação do artefacto. Os principais resultados centram-se na pertinência da utilização da Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação como forma de potenciar a melhoria de condições de vida das pessoas e das famílias promovendo a sustentabilidade. A solução agrega aplicações no domínio da Literacia Financeira, da Gestão de Despesas e Apoio Psicológico, Distribuição de Cabazes como forma de auxílio a famílias carenciadas e instituições e Gestão de Equipas em teletrabalho, podendo constituir-se como um contributo para a melhoria da qualidade de vida e do tempo em família.
Organizations are currently heavily dependent on Information and Communication Technologies. The paper presents practical applications of the use of Information and Communication Technologies in times of Pandemic and namely in what concerns being a driving factor for the improvement of family time. The methodology adopted was Design Science Research given its suitability to the field of Information Systems allowing iterations underlying the creation of the artifact. The main results focus on the relevance of using Information and Communication Technology as a way to enhance the improvement of living conditions of people and families promoting sustainability. The solution aggregates applications in the areas of Financial Literacy, Expense Management and Psychological Support, Distribution of Baskets to help needy families and institutions, and Team Management in Telework, and can be a contribution to improving the quality of life and family time.
