Atualmente, o mercado está cada vez mais competitivo e um dos objetivos que possibilita a diferenciação das organizações é a apostar no homem, como elemento primordial de desenvolvimento. Assim, qualquer organização privada ou pública, com fins lucrativos ou não, é basicamente constituída por pessoas, portanto, depende das pessoas para dirigi-las e para as fazer funcionar.
A moderna gestão pública confronta-se nos últimos tempos, com grandes desafios, resultado das pressões politica e económica do mundo em constante transformação. Dai a necessidade do Estado em implementar reformas administrativas, para dar respostas ao cidadão.
Deste modo, o objetivo deste estudo é compreender a importância do capital humano e das relações interpessoais num contexto organizacional, com base na liderança, desempenho, eficácia das equipas, formação e motivação.
Este trabalho tem como objetivos específicos, compreender as formas de gestão dos recursos humanos; identificar o perfil do capital humano no processo de modernização pública; analisar o papel da formação académica na execução das tarefas; conhecer as formas de motivação profissional percebidas pelos funcionários; mostrar a importância da gestão de pessoas nas organizações em Angola.
A performance de uma organização depende não só dos recursos financeiros, materiais e tecnológicos, mas sobretudo, do seu Capital Humano (conhecimentos e habilidades dos indivíduos), que depende por sua vez, da boa liderança, da eficácia das equipas, da formação, da motivação e principalmente do seu desempenho
Currently, the labor market is increasingly competitive and one of the objetives that allows the differentiation of organizations is focusing on man as a primary element of development. So any private or public organization, for profit or not, is basically made up of people, therefore, it depends on the people to lead them and to make them work. Modern public administration has faced in recent times, with great challenges as a result of political and economic pressures of the changing world. Hence the need for the State to implement administrative reforms to give answers to citizens. Thus, the aim of this study is to understand the importance of human capital and interpersonal relations in an organizational context, based on leadership, performance, effectiveness of teams, training and motivation. This work has the following objetives, understand the forms of human resource management; identify the profile of human capital in the public modernization process; analyze the role of academic training in performing the tasks; finding ways for professional motivation perceived by employees; show the importance of managing people in organizations in Angola. The performance of an organization depends not only on financial, material and technological, but above all, of their human capital (knowledge and skills of individuals), which depends in turn, good leadership, the effectiveness of teams, training, motivation and especially of their performance.
