| dc.description.abstract | presente relatório tem como objetivo descrever as atividades desenvolvidas no estágio curricular realizado na empresa Pick up a Star, no âmbito da conclusão do Mestrado em Marketing Digital da Universidade Europeia. A primeira parte do relatório é constituída pelo enquadramento teórico, que é iniciado com uma abordagem ao conceito geral de Marketing Digital, passando em seguida, para o Social media e as redes sociais, destacando o Facebook e LinkedIn, plataformas pela qual fui responsável na Pick up a Star. De seguida, falo brevemente sobre a Psicologia Positiva e o Coaching, áreas de atuação da Pick up a Star. A segunda parte do presente relatório é constituída pelo enquadramento prático, ou seja, pela apresentação da empresa, descrição das tarefas desempenhadas no estágio e por uma conclusão das aprendizagens e sugestões para melhorar, na minha perspetiva, o funcionamento da empresa. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The present report aims to describe the activities developed in the curricular internship accomplished in the company Pick up a Star. Stay There, under the purpose of the conclusion of Master´s degree in Digital Marketing of Universidade Europeia. The first part of the report covers the theoretical framework, initiated with an approach to the general concept of Digital Marketing, moving then for the Social media, highlighting Facebook and LinkedIn, platforms which I was responsible in the Pick up a Star. Following this first part, there is a brief presentation on what is Positive Psychology and Coaching, the main performance areas from Pick up a Star. The second part of the current report addresses the company, description of the tasks performed during the internship and a brief conclusion of the learned skills, and suggestions for how in my perspective, company operations can be improved for better gains. | pt_PT |
