A Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho auxilia os empregadores a estabelecer e manter um programa de gestão de segurança e saúde que garanta um ambiente de trabalho seguro e saudÔvel para todos os trabalhadores.
No desenvolvimento da sua atividade, os trabalhadores deparam-se com variados tipos de riscos: fĆsicos, biológicos, quĆmicos, ergonómicos, mecĆ¢nicos e psicossociais. SĆ£o estes Ćŗltimos, que no qual, nos preocupamos nesta dissertação.
Os riscos psicossociais sĆ£o riscos emergentes e sĆ£o considerados como um dos principais fatores na ocorrĆŖncia de incidentes e acidentes a nĆvel organizacional.
No presente trabalho realizou-se uma caracterização dos principais fatores de riscos psicossociais em um resort e hotel, situado no Algarve
Deste modo, para atingirmos o objetivo pretendido efetuou-se uma metodologia baseada em questionÔrios (copenhaqen Psychosocial questionaire - COPSOQ, na versão média), para os trabalhadores, uma entrevista semiestruturada ao responsÔvel em segurança e saúde no trabalho da organização, anÔlise observacional participante e documental dos últimos três anos.
Com a elaboração deste estudo foi possĆvel verificar que a organização tem uma polĆtica de seguranƧa no trabalho pese embora carece de alguma melhoria em alguns aspetos. Quanto aos fatores riscos psicossociais, os resultados demostram valores moderados de riscos, todavia, a dimensĆ£o āexigĆŖncias laboraisāfoi a que apresentou maior em relação as demais dimensƵes.
Occupational Safety and Health helps employers establish and maintain a safety and health management program that ensures a safe and healthy working environment for all workers. In the development of their activity, the workers are faced with various types of risks: physical, biological, chemical, ergonomic, mechanical and psychosocial. These are the last ones, which in which we are concerned in this dissertation. Psychosocial risks are emerging risks and are considered as one of the main factors in the occurrence of incidents and accidents at the organizational level. In the present work a characterization of the main factors of psychosocial risks in a resort and hotel, located in the Algarve. Thus, in order to achieve the desired objective, a methodology based on questionnaires (Copenhaqen Psychosocial Questionaire - COPSOQ, in the medium version) was used for the workers, a semi-structured interview with the person responsible for occupational health and safety at the organization, participant observational documentary of the last three years. With the elaboration of this study it was possible to verify that the organization has a policy of safety at work although it lacks some improvement in some aspects. Regarding the psychosocial risk factors, the results show moderate risk values, however, the dimension "labor requirements" was the one that presented most in relation to the other dimensions.
