Este projeto teve como objetivo o desenvolvimento de um Plano Anual de Manutenção Preventiva (PAMP), com o propósito de o implementar nas instalações da Organização X.
Na Organização X não se verifica a prática de manutenção das infraestruturas e equipamentos de acordo com os requisitos da Qualidade e não existe um modelo de manutenção transversal dentro de toda a Organização. Por este motivo, verificam-se diferenças nos procedimentos de manutenção entre as várias instalações da Organização.
Na Organização X, onde incidiu este projeto, a manutenção é da responsabilidade da Equipa de Manutenção (EM), a qual é composta por 20 técnicos. Dadas as dimensões da Organização, torna-se um desafio fazer a manutenção de todas as infraestruturas e equipamentos (IE) devido à limitação de recursos humanos. Além desta dificuldade verificou-se que a manutenção efetuada era essencialmente de caráter corretivo e tendia a ser pouco organizada.
De forma a solucionar estes problemas e melhorar o processo de manutenção das IE da Organização em questão desenvolveu-se o PAMP. Este plano procura investir essencialmente na Manutenção Preventiva (MP) e é constituído por um Registo de Manutenção de cada IE, por uma Tabela de Manutenção Preventiva (TMP) e por um Calendário Anual das Intervenções Preventivas Programadas (CAIPP) a efetuar.
O PAMP deverá ser posto em prática ao longo de um ano em que se irá monitorizar os custos da manutenção, o número de intervenções corretivas e o consumo de alguns recursos, tais como a água, a energia elétrica e o gás, de modo a verificar a evolução do Plano. Este Plano tem como objetivo a uniformização da manutenção dentro da Organização, a redução dos custos de manutenção, a redução das intervenções de caráter corretivo e aumento da MP com diminuição do tempo de paragem de IE, a promoção de um trabalho de manutenção mais organizado e sistemático, mantendo assim a EM motivada e com acesso a formação contínua. Está ainda contemplado na implementação do PAMP a sua melhoria contínua, a qual se considera essencial para o sucesso do mesmo.
The purpose of this project was the development of an Annual Preventive Maintenance Plan (APMP) with the purpose of implementing it on the Organization X. At the Organization X there isn’t a transversal maintenance model that can be applied to all Units, as such one cannot talk of quality in maintenance. For this reason, there are differences in the maintenance procedures between Units of the Organization. In the Organization where this project was created exists a team of 20 technicians called Maintenance Squad which are responsible for the all the maintenance work. When taking into account the dimensions of the Organization X it can be considered a challenge maintaining all the equipment’s and infrastructures with so little human resources. Besides this problem, most of the maintenance performed was corrective and poorly organized. In trying to solve these problems and improve the maintenance process in this Organization the APMP was developed. This plan invests mostly in preventive maintenance and has three major components, the Maintenance Records for each infrastructure and equipment, the Preventive Maintenance Table and the Annual Calendar of all the maintenance interventions. The idea is to implement the APMP through an entire year in which the cost of maintenance, the number of corrective interventions and resource consumptions, such as water, electric energy and gas, will be monitored and the plan’s evolution will be taken into account. This plan as the objective of standardizing all maintenance preformed within the Organization. Also, maintenance cost reduction, reduction of corrective maintenance, along with decrease of the amount of time the equipment’s are not working and increase of preventive maintenance, a more organized and systematic maintenance work, as well as a motivated team with access to continuous education are some of the other purposes of this plan. Likewise, APMP’s continuous improvement is also considered in its implementation and is essential for the success of this plan.
