Abstract(s)
importância do brincar no desenvolvimento infantil.
promovam o papel parental e promover o desenvolvimento infantil.
The family is responsible for the socialization functions and for the psychoaffective care of the child (Brazelton, 2018), hence it is fundamental to promote parenting skills such as knowledges, skills and, also, essential attitudes for their development (Cardoso et al., 2015). The problem that originated this report, is due to the concern over the children playing less, the recognition that the parent is less available to play with their kids and that, sometimes, are not aware of the importance of play in child development. The theme of this reports is entitled, therefore, as “The Nurse as a promoter of Child Development: Parental Training for Playing”, since we argue that the nurse has the capacity to create and implement strategies that promote the parent role and promote the child development. This report describes the training track in the development of Master's skills, of common and specific competences of the Child Health and Pediatric Specialist Nurse. Both competences are acquired not only by the reflective analysis of the activities developed but also by the contribution and acquisition of knowledge to achieve the previously outlined objectives. The supporting theories that were used: Nola Pender's Health Promotion Model, T. Berry Brazelton's Family Centered Care Model and Touchpoint Model. This report is the result of a road over five internships in which the training project previously carried out was used based on the identified problem.
