Abstract(s)
A intervenção de Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica nas escolas representa uma excelente estratégia de ação na promoção da saúde mental infantil. Com o aumento das perturbações mentais nas crianças e jovens, tem-se evidenciado um crescente interesse pela promoção das competências socioemocionais em crianças. A literatura reconhece que o desenvolvimento dessas competências são determinantes no ajustamento psicossocial, no sucesso académico e nos ganhos em saúde de toda a comunidade. Recorrendo à metodologia de projeto, construiu-se um programa para gestão de emoções em crianças do 1º ciclo do ensino básico, assente nos focos de enfermagem Autoestima, Ansiedade, Tristeza, Medo, Autocontrolo, segundo a Classificação Internacional para a Prática de Enfermagem. O presente relatório reflete o percurso académico realizado para aquisição das competências comuns e específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde de Mental e Psiquiátrica e de Mestre em Enfermagem.
The intervention of Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing in schools represents an excellent strategy of action in the promotion of children's mental health. With the increase in mental disorders in children and young people, there has been a growing interest in the promotion of socioemotional skills in children. The literature recognizes that the developments of these competencies are determinant in the psychosocial adjustment, academic success and health outcomes of the whole community. Based on the project methodology, a program for the management of emotions in children of the 1st cycle of basic education, based on the nursing centers Self-esteem, Anxiety, Sadness, Fear, Self-control, according to the International Classification for Practice of Nursing. This report reflects the academic course carried out to acquire the common and specific competencies of the Specialist Nursing Specialist in Mental and Psychiatric Health Nursing and a Master's Degree in Nursing.
