Abstract(s)
O presente relatório surge no âmbito do 2.º Mestrado em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, promovido pela Escola Superior de Saúde do Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal, e tem como objetivo relatar e fazer uma análise reflexiva do trabalho desenvolvido no decorrer de três estágios realizados tendo em vista a aquisição de Competências Comuns e Específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica. Os três estágios foram realizados numa Unidade de Cuidados Intermédios do Hospital Coração (nome fictício), sob a orientação da Sra. Enfermeira Especialista e Mestre em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica EM e da Sra. Enfermeira Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica e Mestre em Cuidados Paliativos MJG.
No decorrer dos estágios, realizámos um Projeto de Intervenção em Serviço com o tema Transporte Inter-hospitalar do Doente Crítico com Patologia Cardíaca e um Projeto de Aquisição de Competências no sentido de adquirir competências especializadas na área Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica.
Ambos os projetos conduziram à aquisição e consolidação das Competências Comuns dos Enfermeiros Especialistas, das Competências Específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem em Pessoa em Situação Crítica e em Pessoa em Situação Crónica e Paliativa.
Este relatório consiste também num momento reflexivo do percurso da estudante através da descrição das atividades realizadas ao longo do percurso formativo que proporcionaram a aquisição de competências de Mestre em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica.
This report comes in the 2 Master in Medical-Surgical Nursing, sponsored by the School of Health of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal, and aims to report and make a reflective analysis of the work done over three stages conducted with a view the acquisition of Common Skills and Specific Nurses Specialist in Medical-Surgical Nursing. The three stages were performed in Unit Intermediate Care of Heart Hospital (fictitious name), under the guidance of Ms. Nurse Specialist and Master in Medical-Surgical Nursing EM and Ms. Nurse Specialist in Medical-Surgical Nursing and Master in Palliative Care MJG. During the stages, held a Intervention Project in service with the theme Inter-Hospital Transport of Critically Ill Patients with Cardiac Pathology and a Skills Acquisition Project in order to acquire expertise in the Medical-Surgical Nursing area. Both projects have led to the acquisition and consolidation of the Joint Skills of Nurses Experts, the Special Skills of Nurse Specialist Nursing Person in Critical Situation and Person in Chronic and Palliative situation. This report also is a reflective time students in the course by describing the activities carried out during the training path that provided the acquisition of Master skills in Medical-Surgical Nursing.
