O presente Relatório resulta no culminar de duas experiências profissionais no âmbito de estágios associados ao Mestrado em Enfermagem e à aquisição de competências como Futura Enfermeira Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica – A Pessoa em Situação Crítica.
A metodologia aplicada para a elaboração do relatório é a descritiva uma vez que, neste é descrito o processo de aprendizagem para aquisição de competências bem como o projeto aplicado no serviço em que foi desenvolvido o estágio final.
Sobre este relatório recaem duas teorias da enfermagem, a teoria de Larrabee que sustenta a prática Baseada na Evidência com vista à melhoria contínua da qualidade dos cuidados. Na questão da temática abordada no relatório, sendo ela a comunicação, é aplicada a teoria de Peplau de forma sustentar a necessidade das relações interpessoais nos cuidados de saúde.
O projeto aplicado no serviço tem como base a metodologia de projeto, é sustentado com investigação seguindo as linhas orientadoras de Joanne Briggs Institute e tem como objetivo principal a melhoria da qualidade do serviço e a uniformização de procedimentos de Enfermagem. O projeto resultou na elaboração de uma norma que sustenta e regulamenta a comunicação entre os enfermeiros e os familiares de referência dos doentes internados.
O relatório encerra com a descrição das atividades realizadas para a aquisição de competências como Enfermeira Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica – a Pessoa em Situação Crítica.
This Report results in the culmination of two Professional experiences with in the scope of internships associated with the Master's Degree in Nursing and the acquisition of skills as a Future Nurse Specialist in Medical-Surgical Nursing – The Person in Critical Situation. The methodology applied to prepare the report is descriptives inceit describes the learning process for acquiring skills as well as the Project applied in the service in which the final internship was developed. This report includes two nursing theories, Larrabee's theory that supports Evidence-Based practice with a view to continuous improvement in the quality of care. Regarding the topic addressed in the report, which is communication, Peplau's theory is applied in order to support the need for interpersonal relationships in healthcare. The Project applied in the service is based on the Project methodology, is supported by research following the guidelines of the Joanne Briggs Institute and has as its main objective the improvement of the quality of the service and the standardization of Nursing procedures. The Project resulted in the development of a standard that supports and regulates communication between nurses and family members of hospitalized patients. The report ends with a description of the activities carried out to acquire skills as a Specialist Nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing – Persons in Critical Situations.
