Abstract(s)
O Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Reabilitação é aquele que detém um corpo de
conhecimentos e competências clínicas especializadas, a sua intervenção tem por finalidade
melhorar a funcionalidade, promover independência e satisfação da pessoa.
A pessoa com ventilação comprometida apresenta uma alteração significativa na saúde, com
repercussão na sua funcionalidade, participação na sociedade e qualidade de vida. Compete ao
Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Reabilitação detentor de competências clínicas
especializadas avaliar, diagnosticar e intervir no seu processo de transição saúde-doença.
Neste relatório apresento o percurso de desenvolvimento de competências clínicas
especializadas tendo por objetivos: demonstrar o percurso de desenvolvimento de
competências especificas na área de enfermagem de reabilitação à luz do regulamento das
competências específicas do enfermeiro especialista em Enfermagem de Reabilitação n.º
392/2019; e demonstrar o percurso de desenvolvimento de competências especificas
especializadas para a decisão clínica em Enfermagem de Reabilitação, no domínio da ventilação
comprometida.
O presente relatório de estágio tem um caráter descritivo e reflexivo.
Para a explicitação das competências clínicas especializadas desenvolvidas apresento dois
estudos de caso onde aprofundo, entre outras, a decisão e intervenção clínica especializada, em
pessoas com ventilação comprometida, com a finalidade de otimizar a funcionalidade, as
competências de autocuidado, a integração na sociedade e a qualidade de vida.
Este percurso permitiu o desenvolvimento de competências especificas do enfermeiro
especialista em Enfermagem de Reabilitação capacitando-me para cuidar e capacitar pessoas
com necessidades especiais, ao longo do ciclo de vida, em todos os contextos da prática de
cuidados, otimizando a sua funcionalidade, capacidade para o autocuidado, promovendo a
integração e qualidade de vida.
The Rehabilitation Nurse Specialist is who has a body of knowledge and specialized clinical skills, whose intervention aims to improving functionality, promoting independence and the patient's satisfaction. Patients with impaired ventilation has a significant change in health, with repercussions on their functionality, social life and quality of life. It is the responsibility of the Rehabilitation Nurse Specialist, who has specialized clinical skills, to assess, diagnose and intervene in the healthdisease transition process. In this report, I present the process to develop specialized clinical skills with the following objectives: to demonstrate the pathway to develop specific skills in the area of Nursing rehabilitation in the light of the regulation of the specific skills of the specialist nurse in Rehabilitation (nº 392/2019); and to demonstrate process to develop specific specialized skills for clinical decision-making in Nursing Rehabilitation, in the field of compromised ventilation. This report is descriptive and reflective. In order to explain the specialized clinical skills developed, I present two case studies in which I describe: the decision-making and specialized clinical intervention in patients with compromised ventilation, with the aim of optimizing functionality, self-care skills, integration into society and quality of life. This journey has allowed me to develop the specific skills of a specialist nurse in Rehabilitation, enabling to care for and empower people with special needs, throughout the life cycle, in all contexts of care practice, optimizing their functionality, capacity for self-care, promoting integration and quality of life.
