| dc.description.abstract | A estratégia para o abastecimento de água e o saneamento de águas residuais, para Portugal continental no período 2014-2020, designada por PENSAAR 2020, assenta em cinco eixos, que sustentam a visão para o setor, através de objetivos operacionais, entre os quais a redução das perdas de água. Por outro lado, a reabilitação das infraestruturas é inferior ao recomendado pelas boas práticas, com repercussões negativas, como as perdas reais de água distribuída. Neste sentido, o objeto de estudo, definido pelo Sistema de Apoio à Gestão de Perdas de Água (SAGPA) nas redes de distribuição das Bases Aéreas (BA), torna-se de especial interesse. O objetivo geral da investigação consiste em criar uma proposta de SAGPA nas redes de distribuição das BA, que contribua para uma utilização mais eficiente dos recursos. A investigação segue um raciocínio hipotético-dedutivo e uma estratégia de investigação quantitativa aplicada ao estudo de caso do SAGPA, tendo permitido concluir que a implementação do SAGPA na Força Aérea, segundo a estrutura proposta, gera benefícios que concorrem para os seus objetivos estratégicos e operacionais, contribuindo para uma utilização mais eficiente dos seus recursos. Abstract: The strategy for water supply and sanitation of wastewater, for continental Portugal in the period 2014-2020, designated by PENSAAR 2020, is based on five axes, which sustain the vision for the sector, through operational goals, including reducing water losses. On the other hand, rehabilitation of infrastructure is less than recommended by good practice, with negative implications, such as the actual losses of distributed water. In this way, the study object, defined by the system of support for the management of water losses (SAGPA) in the distribution networks of the air bases (BA), becomes of special interest. The general objective of the investigation consists of creating a SAGPA proposal in the BA distribution networks, that contributes to a more efficient use of resources. This research follows a hypothetical deductive reasoning and a quantitative research strategy applied to the case study of SAGPA. It is concluded that the implementation of SAGPA in the Air Force, according to the proposed structure, generates benefits that contribute to its strategic and operational objectives, contributing to a more efficient use of its resources. | pt_PT |
