| dc.description.abstract | Este estudo foi motivado por acreditarmos que a liderança tem um papel cada vez mais importante na forma de organização do trabalho. Dá grande ênfase às relações entre líderes e seguidores, ao contexto onde desenvolvem o seu trabalho e aos objetivos dos líderes, alinhados pelas organizações onde servem. O estudo da liderança em contexto organizacional, mantém os estudiosos na busca do aperfeiçoamento das várias teorias que foram surgindo, com grande impacto no seculo XX. O nosso trabalho surge para dar resposta a uma pergunta de muita importância: PSP, um único estilo de liderança? As conclusões obtidas poderão abrir caminho para outro tipo de abordagens. Depois de identificarmos os 3 estilos de liderança mais comuns, concluímos que na PSP há lugar para esses estilos de liderança e para uma fusão entre características de uns e outros estilos, considerando a diversidade de atividades que a instituição desenvolve. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study was motivated by our belief that leadership plays an increasingly important role in the way work is organized. It places great emphasis on the relationship between leaders and followers, to the context in which they carry out their work, and the goals of the leaders aligned by the organizations they serve. The study of leadership in an organizational context keeps the scholars searching for improvements in the various theories that have emerged with great impact in the 20th century. Our work arises to answer a very important question: PSP, a single leadership style? The conclusions obtained may open the way for other types of approaches. After identifying the three most common leadership styles, we conclude that in the PSP there is room for these leadership styles and for a fusion between characteristics of some styles and others, considering the diversity of activities that the institution develops. | |
