O presente relatório de estágio, desenvolvido no âmbito do Mestrado em Gestão, pretendeu analisar e aprofundar o estágio curricular, realizado ao longo de 5 meses, na área de eventos, inserida no departamento de Sales & Marketing de uma empresa no setor desportivo, o Sport Lisboa e Benfica. Deste modo, o principal objetivo deste trabalho foi direcionado para a sugestão e implementação de diferentes estratégias de melhoria nesta área, com o intuito de continuar a desenvolver as respetivas atividades. Assim, aproveitando as perspetivas de crescimento deste setor, poder-se-á colocar a organização num patamar mais elevado, reforçando algumas vantagens competitivas face à concorrência.
This internship report, developed within the scope of the Master in Management, intended to analyze and deepen the curricular internship, carried out over 5 months, in the events area, inserted in the Sales & Marketing department of a company in the sports sector, Sport Lisboa e Benfica. In this way, the main objective of this work was directed towards the suggestion and implementation of different improvement strategies in this area, with the aim of continuing to develop the respective activities. Thus, taking advantage of the growth prospects of this sector, the organization can be placed at a higher level, reinforcing some competitive advantages over the competition.
