O presente relatório descreve a experiência de um estágio curricular no Departamento de Recursos Humanos da empresa Volkswagen Autoeuropa, mais especificamente na área de Serviços para Colaboradores, sendo eles, cantina, transporte e máquinas de vending.
Os serviços para colaboradores são de extrema importância numa organização como a Autoeuropa, não só porque é uma empresa com um elevado número de colaboradores, mas também porque garantem boas condições aos mesmos, nos mais variados âmbitos.
Este relatório, para além de uma revisão de literatura que nos remete para a importância dos Recursos Humanos numa organização, uma descrição da empresa Volkswagen Autoeuropa e toda a sua história, uma apresentação do departamento de recursos humanos e áreas que nele se inserem, e a descrição das atividades desenvolvidas no decorrer do estágio, contém ainda a explicação e respetivos resultados de um questionário acerca dos serviços prestados na Autoeuropa que foi desenvolvido pela estagiária e aplicado na empresa.
The present work describes the experience of a curricular internship at the department of Human Resources at Volkswagen Autoeuropa Company, more precisely in the employees services, being them transport, cafeteria and vending machines. The employee’s services are of an extreme importance in an organization such as Autoeuropa, not only because it is a company with a high number of workers, but also because it guarantees them good work conditions in the most diverse ways. This report, besides being a literature review that Sends us to the human resources management, approaches the Volkswagen Autoeuropa company and all it’s history, the human resources department organization and every areas it evolves, the description of the activities developed during the internship, also includes the explanation and the respective results of a questionnaire about the services provided by Autoeuropa, developed by the student and applied inside the company.
