It not only provides a valuable resource for healthcare providers, researchers, and marketers but also serves as a testament to the interconnectedness of healthcare and marketing in delivering patient-centered care and designing holistic experiences. As we look ahead, this research aims to inspire change within healthcare systems. The prospect of delivering person-centered approaches in healthcare has the potential to improve the health xivof women and to shape the start of life for countless newborns. By prioritizing patient experiences, healthcare providers can foster enduring relationships and, in doing so, create a more compassionate, empathetic, and effective healthcare system that truly values the well-being of women and their families. In this endeavor, there lies the opportunity not only to enhance the quality of maternity care but also to redefine the very essence of healthcare itself.
