Cristina, Sofia Gaspar; Xara-Brasil, DuarteThis internship report presents a Communication Plan developed for S[&]T, during a nine month internship. The primary objective was to increase brand awareness of S[&]T among potential candidates, specifically, students and young professionals, to position the company as an expert, a respected industry player, and a desirable employer, while also developing employer branding and recruitment marketing. The Communication Plan was developed using the SOSTAC model, where there were described the situation analysis, objectives, strategy, tactics, actions and control. It proposes the creation of a sub-branding for the specific target group, social media strategies, and improvements for the website, events, newsletters and offline communication material, as well as a timeline to implement it and metrics of evaluation. This Communication Plan is expected to achieve a 20% increase in social media engagement, a 15% increase in website traffic, and a 25% increase in content engagement.
