Abstract(s)
T1 and T2-weighted sequences are necessary for a correct evaluation of cervical pathology by Magnetic Resonance. Cervical lesions with high signal intensity on T2-weighted images are very frequent and correspond to a wide range of entities. The authors review common pathological entities that appeared with high intensity signal on T2-weighted images and correlation with their signal intensity on T1-weighted images is made. Normal cervical appearance on T2-weighted images is also described.
