A frequente utilização em obra de aços e sistemas de pré-esforço, importados do estrangeiro, sem o necessário controle de qualidade, pode originar acidentes estruturais. Procurando alertar os projectistas e construtores para estes aspectos, apresenta-se uma descrição das principais características e respectivos ensaios a considerar para o material de pré-esforço.
