Este artigo tem como objecto de estudo a formação de enfermeiros em Portugal. O seu objectivo é o de identificar as temáticas presentes nos discursos sobre a formação dos enfermeiros. Apresentamos a análise de conteúdos temáticos efectuada a partir de 41 artigos seleccionados de fontes diversas. This article has as object of study nursing education in Portugal. Its purpose is to identify the themes in the discourse on the education of nurses. It presents the analysis of the thematic content from 41 articles selected from various sources. It also theorises the results using discourse analysis concepts. This was done with the purpose of revealing the discursive elements within the order of discourse on the education of nurses.
