Segurança), existem poucas evidências no sector da Construção Civil, em Portugal, sobre a sua relação entre o conhecimento crítico e a adesão versus indicadores de desempenho, na implementação de um Sistema de Certificação.
Na pesquisa sobre este tema tentou-se perceber qual a força de bloqueio para que não exista investimento em Sistemas de Certificação (Qualidade, Ambiente, Segurança).
Na presente dissertação teve-se por objetivo explorar a viabilidade de implementação do Sistema de Certificação no sector da Construção Civil, através de variáveis como: classe de alvará, volume de negócios, quadro de pessoal, idade da empresa assim como variáveis diretas de cada empresário, tais como, média etária, nível de escolaridade, … Com base na aplicação de questionários a empresários da Construção Civil (gerência, administração), explorou-se a relação entre o volume de negócios (da microempresa á multinacional) e qualificações literárias com a adesão a Sistemas de Certificação.
Mais do que uma análise aprofundada do sector, pretendeu-se apresentar um texto que sumarie a evolução do sector, o seu estado e as principais linhas de evolução futura, no âmbito da Certificação.
Pretende-se deste modo perspectivar as possíveis evoluções da aceitação, mas também das limitações à implementação destes sistemas de gestão. Percebendo melhor a visão e percepção que os diversos envolvidos têm destes sistemas, ficaremos na posse de melhores ferramentas para a sua implementação plena no futuro
Despite the growing popularity of the subject certification (Quality, Environment, Safety), there is little evidence in the construction sector in Portugal, about their relationship between knowledge and adherence versus critical performance indicators, implementation of a certification system. The research on this topic is trying to understand what the strength of block so that there is an investment in certification systems (Quality, Environment, Safety) This thesis aims at exploring the feasibility of implementing the system of certification in the construction industry, through variables such as class of license, turnover, staff, age of the company as well as direct variables of each manager, such as average age, educational level, ... based on the application of questionnaires to the construction business (management, administration), explores the relationship between the volume of business (microenterprise will multinational) and literary skills with adherence to certification systems More than a thorough analysis of the sector, aims to present a text that summarizes developments in the sector, its current status and the main lines of future development within the certification. It is intended therefore to envisage the possible upgrades acceptance, but also the limitations to the implementation of these management systems. Realizing better vision and perception that has involved many of these systems, we will be in possession of better tools for its full implementation in the future.
