dc.description.abstractThe growing presence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education has been generating both new opportunities and significant challenges, particularly regarding its acceptance and integration by teachers. This study aimed to understand the perceptions of teachers from pre-primary to secondary education concerning the use of AI in educational contexts. To this end, a systematic literature review was conducted, based on 25 empirical studies published between 2020 and 2025, selected according to PRISMA criteria. The findings reveal that teachers recognize several advantages in adopting AI, particularly in relation to personalized learning, immediate feedback, and the automation of administrative tasks. However, important limitations also emerge, such as the lack of specific training, insufficient technological infrastructure, concerns about data protection, algorithmic bias, and the fear of teacher replacement. The results analysed point to the need for an integration of AI that is critical, ethical, and pedagogically grounded, centred on valuing the teacher’s role and promoting educational equity.eng
dc.description.abstractA presença crescente da Inteligência Artificial (IA) na educação tem vindo a suscitar novas possibilidades e, simultaneamente, desafios significativos, particularmente no que respeita à sua aceitação e integração por parte dos professores. Este estudo teve como objetivo compreender as perceções dos professores dos níveis de ensino pré-escolar ao secundário relativamente à utilização da IA em contextos educativos. Para tal, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literature (RSL), com base em 25 estudos empíricos publicados entre 2020 e 2025, selecionados segundo os critérios PRISMA. Os resultados evidenciam que os professores reconhecem diversas vantagens na adoção da IA, nomeadamente a personalização da aprendizagem, o feedback imediato e a automatização de tarefas administrativas. Contudo, emergem também limitações relevantes, como a escassez de formação específica, a insuficiência de infraestruturas tecnológicas, a proteção de dados, o viés algorítmico e o receio de substituição do professor. Os resultados analisados apontam para a necessidade de uma utilização e integração da IA que seja crítica, ética e pedagógica, centrada na valorização do papel do professor e na promoção da equidade educativa.por
