| dc.description.abstract | O voluntariado tem um papel muito importante nas economias ocidentais. As crescentes necessidades sociais, relacionadas com a alteração das relações sociais e das estruturas familiares aliadas aos graves problemas orçamentais põem cada vez mais em causa o sistema da Economia do Bem-Estar e exigem alterações de funcionamento dos sistemas sociais dos Estados. O voluntariado representa um recurso cada vez mais valorizado na resposta a essas crescentes necessidades. O objectivo deste artigo é apresentar a importância do voluntariado na economia moderna, conhecer as motivações que levam as pessoas a voluntariarem-se e apresentar uma visão sobre o voluntariado em Portugal. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Volunteering plays a very important role in modern economies. With the increasing social needs (related to the changes in the social structures) and bigger and bigger budget problems, welfare economy was undermined and required changes in the states' functioning social system. Volunteering is a very important resource which may be an answer for those increasing needs. The objective of this work is to present the importance of economics in modern economies, to present a small discussion on motivations for volunteering as well as a brave vision about volunteering in Portugal. | por |
