| dc.description.abstract | A Artilharia AntiaĆ©rea Portuguesa tem vindo ao longo do tempo a perder capacidades de combater os diferentes espectros da ameaƧa. Essa perda de capacidades Ć© derivada basicamente da desactualizaĆ§Ć£o dos nossos sistemas e equipamentos. A Artilharia AntiaĆ©rea integra na actualidade um papel de extrema importĆ¢ncia, tendo por missĆ£o garantir a liberdade de acĆ§Ć£o Ć s ForƧas Terrestres e defesa de pontos e Ć”reas sensĆveis, tanto em territĆ³rio nacional como fora dele,atravĆ©s de uma Defesa AntiaĆ©rea ajustada e eficaz. Esta defesa contempla para alĆ©m da ameaƧa convencional uma capacidade de defender contra as ameaƧas emergentes que fazem parte do actual quadro de ameaƧas. O Trabalho de InvestigaĆ§Ć£o Aplicada que foi proposto, apresenta um estudo sobre a Defesa AntiaĆ©rea, especificamente da Artilharia AntiaĆ©rea, face ao actual quadro de ameaƧas. Sendo assim, os principais objectivos do meu trabalho visam analisar as lacunas existentes da Artilharia AntiaĆ©rea, se existirem, e adequa -la a uma defesa capaz de fazer frente ao actual quadro de ameaƧas, enunciado um conjunto das caracterĆsticas e equipamentos que esta deve deter. A tĆtulo metodolĆ³gico recorreu-se ao mĆ©todo dedutivo, consagrando-se conceitos gerais em situaƧƵes particulares, valendo -se a uma extensa pesquisa bibliogrĆ”fica relacionados com a Ć”rea em questĆ£o. Esta anĆ”lise, mostrou uma modificaĆ§Ć£o na ameaƧa aĆ©rea passando actualmente a ser encarado como tal, os mĆsseis balĆsticos tĆ”cticos, os mĆsseis cruzeiro, os foguetes, artilharia e morteiros e as aeronaves civis desviadas para atentados terroristas de nome Renegade. A Artilharia AntiaĆ©rea, para fazer face Ć s novas ameaƧas, deverĆ” estar equipada com sistemas de defesa aĆ©rea de mĆ©dia e grande altitude, de defesa aĆ©rea de curto alcance e baixa e muita baixa altitude e meios contra foguetes, artilharia e morteiros. | dc.description.abstract | Abstract The Antiaircraft Artillery Portuguese has over time lost the capacity to tackle the different spectra of the threat. This loss of capacity is derived primarily from the downgrading of our systems and equipment. The Antiaircraft Artillery at present includes a critically important role, with our mission to ensure freedom of action to the Land Forces and defense points and sensitive areas, both in domestic and abroad, through a set Antiaircraft Defense and effective. This defense includes in addition to a conventional threat ability to defend against emerging threats that are part of the current framework of threats. So, the Applied Research Work that has been proposed, presents a study on the Antiaircraft Defense, specifically the Antiaircraft Artillery in view of the current framework of threats. Therefore, the main objective of my work aim to analyze the shortcomings of the Antiaircraft Artillery, if any, and suits it to a defense capable of facing th reats to the current framework, laid down a set of characteristics and equipment which it must stop. As a methodological resorted to the deductive method, by devoting themselves general concepts in particular situations, drawing on an extensive literature search related to the area in question. This analysis showed a change in air threat now going to be faced as such, tactical ballistic missiles, the cruise missiles, rockets, artillery and mortars and civilian aircraft are diverted to terrorist named Renegade. With this the Antiaircraft Artillery, to meet new threats, should be equipped with air defense systems of medium and highaltitude air defense short-range, low and very low altitude and means against rockets, artillery and mortars. After an exhaustive analysis about the Air Defence of Portugal, especially of what already exists in Antiaircraft Artillery, which gaps and which features of that system can be improved, given the present context of threats | por |
