O presente trabalho aborda a temĆ”tica relativa Ć implementação do Regime de Contrato de Longa Duração no ExĆ©rcito PortuguĆŖs, focando o caso especĆfico das guarniƧƵes de Carro de Combate Leopard 2 A6. O objetivo do presente estudo consiste, assim, em avaliar as repercussƵes associadas Ć implementação do Regime de Contrato de Longa Duração nos cargos das guarniƧƵes de Carro de Combate Leopard 2 A6, em concreto: municiador, apontador, condutor e chefe de Carro de Combate. Neste sentido, foi restabelecido o conceito de Potencial de Combate ao nĆvel dos executantes, isto Ć©, os próprios militares, resultando daĆ a identificação de quatro componentes consideradas como requisitos das unidades escalĆ£o batalhĆ£o e inferior, e por inerĆŖncia, tambĆ©m das guarniƧƵes de Carro de Combate, nomeadamente: a Condição FĆsica, a ProficiĆŖncia TĆ©cnica, o DesembaraƧo TĆ”tico e a Continuidade do Conhecimento. Posto isto, a abordagem desta temĆ”tica materializou-se pela identificação das repercussƵes da implementação do Regime de Contrato de Longa Duração, nos referidos cargos, de acordo com as seguintes dimensƵes de anĆ”lise: Condição FĆsica, ProficiĆŖncia TĆ©cnica, DesembaraƧo TĆ”tico, Continuidade do Conhecimento, rentabilização do investimento na formação, atratividade e retenção nos cargos. O trabalho conclui que a implementação deste regime contratual nos cargos em estudo, teria repercussƵes benĆ©ficas para a instituição e para os militares no concernente Ć s dimensƵes estudadas, em linha com o existente noutros exĆ©rcitos europeus. Assim sendo, considera-se vantajosa a integração dos cargos das guarniƧƵes de Carro de Combate Leopard 2 A6 no Regime de Contrato de Longa Duração.
The present work deals with the thematic of the implementation of the Long-Term Contract Regime in the Portuguese Army, focusing on the specific case of the Leopard 2 A6 Tank crews. The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the repercussions associated with the implementation of the Long-Term Contract Regime to the crew duties of the Leopard 2 A6 Tank crewmembers, specifically: loader, gunner, driver and tank commander. In this sense, the concept of Fighting Power was reestablished at crewmembersā level, that is, the military itself, resulting in the identification of four components considered as requirements for rank battalion units and lower, and also, Tank crews, namely: Physical Condition, Technical Proficiency, Tactical Resourcefulness and Knowledge Continuity. So, the approach to this theme was conducted by identifying the repercussions of the implementation of the LongTerm Contract Regime, in these crew duties, according to the following scopes of analysis: Physical Condition, Technical Proficiency, Tactical Resourcefulness, Continuous Learning, Return on Investment in training, attracting and retaining crew members. The study concludes that the implementation of this contractual regime in the crew duties under study would have beneficial repercussions for the institution and the military regarding the dimensions studied, in line with the existing in other European armies. Accordingly, it is considered advantageous to integrate the crew duties of the CC Leopard 2 A6 into the LongTerm Contract Regime.
