Abstract(s)
A investigação tem como objectivo identificar os comportamentos de liderança mais importantes para a formação global como oficial e para o desempenho dos oficiais subalternos. Posteriormente, procura-se avaliar face a estes comportamentos o grau de desenvolvimento dos alunos do primeiro, quarto e quinto ano. Finalmente, por forma a estudar o contexto de aprendizagem em que se desenvolvem estes comportamentos, avaliou-se a motivação dos alunos e a sua satisfação face ao clima de aprendizagem.
Responderam ao Managerial Practices Survey de Yukl (questionário) uma amostra de indivíduos constituída por 413 indivíduos, entre osquais cadetes do primeiro e quarto ano, aspirantes, oficiais instrutores e professores civis.
Verifica-se que a taxonomia estudada é importante para avaliar o desenvolvimento dos comportamentos de liderança essenciais à formação de líderes na Academia Militar. Além disso, verifica-se que o clima de aprendizagem, a motivação para a aprendizagem e a satisfação contribuem para o desenvolvimento dos comportamentos de liderança.
Abstract The purpose of this investigation is to identify the behaviors of leadership more important for the overall training as official and the performance of junior officers. Later, seeking to evaluate according to these behaviors, the level ofdevelopment of students in the first, fourth and fifth years. Finally, in order to study the context of learning in which these behaviors develop, evaluate the motivation of students and their satisfaction with the climate of learning. Answer to the Managerial Practices Survey of Yukl (questionnaire) a sample of individuals consisting of 413 individuals, including cadets of the first, fourth and fifth years, officers instructors and teachers civilians. Verifies that this taxonomy is important to assess the development of the conduct of leadership essential to the formation of leaders in the Military Academy. Moreover, the climate of learning, motivation for learning and satisfaction contribute to the development leadership behavior.
