Abstract(s)
A liderança assume um papel fulcral na satisfação profissional e retenção dos enfermeiros. Os enfermeiros gestores
que não promovem o trabalho em equipa, tomada de decisão participativa, comunicação, desenvolvimento interpessoal e gestão
de conflitos, tendem a gerar maiores níveis de insatisfação nos enfermeiros. Liderar com eficácia é um dos principais objetivos
dos enfermeiros gestores, no sentido de conduzir a equipa de enfermagem na busca dos objetivos institucionais,
desenvolvimento profissional consequentemente, ao sucesso das organizações de saúde. O estilo de liderança que cada
enfermeiro gestor adota poderá ser determinante no alcance desse êxito.
O objetivo deste trabalho é propor um projeto de intervenção que permita avaliar o impacto da liderança
transformacional do enfermeiro gestor na satisfação dos enfermeiros da prática clínica. Será utilizada a metodologia de projeto,
como as seguintes estratégias: analise a evidência científica existente sobre esta temática; avaliação da satisfação dos
enfermeiros relativamente à liderança do enfermeiro gestor; avaliação o tipo de liderança desenvolvido pelo gestor; instrução os
enfermeiros gestores sobre liderança transformacional e gestão em saúde (transformacional e transacional); avaliação da
satisfação dos enfermeiros relativamente ao gestor após a implementação do projeto; analise da relação entre o tipo de liderança
e a satisfação. Considera-se que este projeto de intervenção, ao ser implementado, contribuirá para a melhoria contínua dos
cuidados de enfermagem prestados aos cidadãos.

Leadership takes a central role in nurses' job satisfaction and retention with a significant impact on the quality of nursing care. Manager nurses that don’t promote cohesion and teamwork, participatory decision-making, communication, interpersonal development and conflict management, tend to produce higher levels of dissatisfaction between nurses. Leading effectively is one of the main objectives of nurse managers, in the sense of leading the nursing team in the search for institutional objectives, professional development, consequently, for the success of health organizations. The leadership style that embraces each head nurse can be fundamental in achieving success. This work aims are to propose an intervention project that allows assessing the impact of the transformational leadership of the nurse manager on the satisfaction of nurses in clinical practice. The project methodology will be used, such as the following strategies: analyze the existing scientific evidence on this theme; assess nurses' satisfaction with the nurse manager's leadership; evaluate the type of leadership developed by the manager; instruct nurse managers on transformational leadership and health management (transformational and transactional); assess nurses' satisfaction with the manager after the project is implemented; analyze the relationship between the type of leadership and satisfaction. It is considered that this intervention project, when implemented, will contribute to the continuous improvement of nursing care provided to citizens.
