Since these trends keep expanding to the future it is a great opportunity to agencies to provide their services in order to help other businesses grow and expand their brand awareness. This project consists on the development of a business plan, with the purpose to invest in the Marketing market by creating a Digital Marketing agency providing services that are explicit forward in project. The Agency, M4 Design, will be located in the city of Leiria in Portugal, and will act not only where it is located but also in other cities in Portugal, with the goal to help expand small to medium businesses at lower costs. In this sense, this business project is detailed with a development of the market analysis through a strategic plan, marketing plan, a business model and a financial plan in order to support and validate this project.
