A concretização do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, na área de
Enfermagem à Pessoa em Situação Perioperatória (MEMCPSPE) da Escola Superior de
Enfermagem do Porto, pressupõe a elaboração de um relatório de estágio.
Este documento tem como finalidade analisar o processo de aquisição e desenvolvimento das
competências do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica à Pessoa em
Situação Perioperatória (EEEMCPSPE), no decurso do estágio desenvolvido num Bloco Operatório
Central (BOC) e num Bloco Operatório de Especialidades, mais especificamente, Ginecologia.
Para a elaboração do presente documento optou-se pela descrição das atividades
desenvolvidas, com a respetiva análise reflexiva. As atividades desenvolvidas durante os
momentos de estágio pretendem dar resposta ao Projeto de Desenvolvimento de Competências
Específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica à Pessoa em Situação
Perioperatória com a temática: “Satisfação do Cliente com a Experiência Perioperatória”. Para
suportar a pertinência do projeto, foi realizada uma revisão scoping, de modo a mapear as
intervenções de enfermagem que influenciam a satisfação do cliente com a experiência
perioperatória. A revisão efetuada contribuiu para a melhoria contínua da qualidade dos
cuidados de enfermagem perioperatória, promovendo-se a centralidade dos cuidados no cliente.
O desenvolvimento de intervenções autónomas de Enfermagem no perioperatório contribui para
promover a melhoria dos cuidados prestados, assim como para minimizar o impacto do
processo perioperatório no cliente e sua família/pessoa significativa.
The completion of the Master's Degree in Medical-Surgical Nursing, in the area of Nursing for Individuals in Perioperative Situations (MEMCPSPE) at the Escola Superior de Enfermagem do Porto, entails the elaboration of an internship report. This document aims to analyze the process of acquisition and development of competencies of the Specialist Nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing for Individuals in Perioperative Situations (EEEMCPSPE), during the internship carried out in a Central Operating Room (BOC) and in a Specialty Operating Room, more specifically, Gynecology. For the preparation of this document, it was chosen to describe the activities carried out, along with their reflective analysis. The activities developed during the internship aim to respond to the Specific Competence Development Project of the Specialist Nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing for Individuals in Perioperative Situations with the theme: "Client Satisfaction with the Perioperative Experience." To support the relevance of the project, a scoping review was conducted to map nursing interventions that influence client satisfaction with the perioperative experience. The review contributed to the continuous improvement of the quality of perioperative nursing care, promoting client-centered care. The development of autonomous nursing interventions in the perioperative period contributes to promoting the improvement of care provided, as well as to minimizing the impact of the perioperative process on the client and their family/significant other.
