Abstract(s)
A integração da população muçulmana em Portugal é um
problema a resolver devido ao apoio limitado e dificuldades no
que diz respeito a fatores como a língua, religião, hábitos
e costumes. Com isto, no âmbito de uma sociedade muçulmana
em crescimento, pretendeu-se auxiliar a sua integração a nível
social, cultural e económico, em Portugal, com recurso ao
Design Social.
Tem se notado um crescimento no lançamento de apps digitais
com foco na religião muçulmana, fora de Portugal. Desta
forma, chegou-se a uma solução ao problema através do
desenvolvimento de uma app educacional, informacional,
social e lúdica – Bridge.
A revisão bibliográfica do estudo baseou-se nas áreas de
Design Social e Co-criação, A Religião e a Comunidade
Muçulmana em Lisboa, Integração Social e Inclusão – onde
foram analisados quatro projetos de inclusão da comunidade
muçulmana – e Empreendedorismo Social com foco no
desenvolvimento de produtos digitais e a sua evolução ao longo
dos anos como também uma análise de quatro casos de estudo.
Após consolidada a revisão bibliográfica, encontrou-se uma
solução através do desenvolvimento de uma app que
respondesse a vários fatores de forma atraente e divertida, sem
deixar de responder ao seu principal objetivo: Integrar a
Comunidade Muçulmana em Lisboa através do Design Social.
The integration of the muslim population arriving in Portugal is a problem to be addressed due to limited support and difficulties concerning aspects such as language, religion, habits and customs. . In the context of a growing Muslim society, the aim is to assist their integration on social, cultural, and economic levels in Portugal, using Social Design. There has been a noticeable increase in the launch of digital apps focusing on the Muslim religion outside of Portugal. Thus, a solution to the problem was reached through the development of an educational, informational, social, and entertaining app – Bridge. The literature review of the study was based on the matters of Social Design and Co-creation, Religion and the Muslim Community in Lisbon, Social Integration and Inclusion - where four projects for the inclusion of the Muslim community were analyzed - and Social Entrepreneurship with a focus on the development of digital products and their evolution over the years, as well as an analysis of four case studies. After consolidating the literature review, a solution was found through the development of an app that addressed various factors in an engaging and fun manner, while still fulfilling its main objective: to integrate the Muslim community in Lisbon through Social Design.
