Abstract(s)

In this way, nurses empower patients to become active participants in their care plan, promoting autonomy and self-care, and this includes involving patients in defining therapeutic goals and planning interventions. During this training course, the main objective of this was the implementation of interventions by the specialist nurse in mental and psychiatric health, such as Psychoeducation, Relaxation Therapy and Assertiveness Training and evaluating their contribution to the quality of life of the person with Affective Disorder Bipolar
