Abstract(s)
Abstract In the XXI century, international conflicts are regulated by International Humanitarian Law, particularly the Hague and Geneva Conventions thus seeks to understand with this issue when a nation can make war, the reasons can mention to become independent , and why the international community to intervene in a conflict. It is also know when a war/conflict can be said that is fair and whether the selfdetermination is still applicable in the twenty-first century as it was with the former Portuguese colonies after 25 April 1974.
