Abstract(s)
Este manuscrito tem como objetivo resgatar e refletir aspectos teóricos
acerca do processo de trabalho em saúde e enfermagem. Para isso
discorre sobre quatro temas, sendo: trabalho, diversidade de contextos e
o trabalho de enfermagem; processo de trabalho em saúde, processo de
trabalho em enfermagem e, o processo de trabalho e suas implicações na
saúde dos enfermeiros. O resgate teórico reforça as influências da teoria
do processo de trabalho na forma como instituições e profissionais de
saúde realizam o seu trabalho, e marcadamente reflete acerca dessas
influências nas práticas profissionais de enfermagem. Discorre-se sobre a
relação entre saúde e trabalho, com interfaces na saúde do trabalhador. O
local de trabalho configura-se como contexto privilegiado para a promoção
de saúde do trabalhador, com o desenvolvimento e implementação
de programas e projetos tendo como foco a organização, o processo
de trabalho e o trabalhador.
This manuscript aims to rescue and reflect theoretical aspects about the work process in health and nursing. For this, it discusses four themes, namely: work, diversity of contexts and nursing work; health work process, nursing work process, and the work process and its implications for nurses’ health. The theoretical rescue reinforces the influences of the work process theory on the way institutions and health professionals perform their work, and remarkably reflects on these influences on professional nursing practices. The relationship between health and work is discussed, with interfaces in worker health. The workplace is a privileged context for the promotion of workers’ health, with the development and implementation of programs and projects focusing on the organization, the work process and the worker.
