Neste artigo, iremos analisar os procedimentos de criação de Alecky Blythe, fundadora da companhia de teatro Recorded Delivery, que utiliza o headphone verbatim theatre, em que os testemunhos gravados em áudio e escutados em tempo real pelos atores nos auscultadores funcionam como um garante da autenticidade dos testemunhos, permitindo dar visibilidade a histórias de uma determinada comunidade. Vamos partir das peças Come Out Eli e The Girlfriend Experience para analisar a prática da dramaturga e a sua metodologia de criação. As questões colocadas são: a partir da análise da criadora Alecky Blythe, que tipo de processos e metodologias de escrita e de cena são convocados? Desde a criação do texto à passagem para cena, quais as implicações éticas que enfrentam os criadores no uso de procedimentos do teatro do real? Que tipo de atuação é exigida ao ator?
In this article we will analyze the creation procedures of Alecky Blythe, founder of the theatre company Recorded Delivery, which uses the headphone verbatim theatre, in which the testimonies recorded in audio and listened in real time by the actors on the headphones, work as a guarantee of the authenticity of the testimonies giving visibility to the stories of a certain community. We will start from the plays Come Out Eli and The Girlfriend Experience to analyze the playwright's practice and her creation methodology. The questions to deal with are: from the analysis of the creator Aleck Blythe, what kind of processes and methodologies of writing and staging are summoned? From the creation of the text to the staging, what are the ethical implications that creators face in the use of procedures of the theatre of the real? What kind of acting is required from the actor?
