Planeando a defesa: algumas reflexões

Abstract(s)
Trata-se de ensaio teórico que tem por objetivo refletir acerca do processo de planeamento,
enquanto metodologia, e a interface deste com a área de Estudos da Defesa. A partir de breve
inserção no campo de estudos, seguem-se elementos de interesse epistemológico e conceitual,
com a intenção de estabelecer uma moldura teórica para o desenvolvimento do assunto. Na
sequência, busca-se uma visão interdisciplinar, interagindo o tema transversal – planeamento
em Segurança & Defesa – com conteúdos de áreas do conhecimento selecionadas, de forma a
identificar possibilidades teóricas a desenvolver. As reflexões extraídas do recorte conceitual
adotado são explicitadas na forma de proposições, as quais são formalizadas uma-a-uma,
na sequência dos conteúdos que as modelam. Ao final, sintetiza-se a reflexão, indicando as
principais lacunas visualizadas ao longo da mesma.
This paper aims to reflect about the planning process, as a methodology, and its interface with the area of Defence Studies. After a short incursion in this field studies, elements of conceptual and epistemological interest will follow with the intention to establish a theoretical framework for the development of the subject. Further, we seek an interdisciplinary vision, supported by the interaction of the crosscutting theme - planning Security & Defence - with contents from selected areas of knowledge with the purpose to identify and expand theoretical possibilities. The reflections drawn from the chosen conceptual framework are explained in the form of propositions, which are formalized one-by-one, following the model of the content. At the end, a synthesized reflection is presented indicating the main gaps viewed along the reflection.
