Abstract(s)
Para a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Marketing Digital, foi-nos proposto a realização de uma Dissertação, de um Projeto ou de um Relatório de Estágio. A escolha de relatório de estágio deve-se ao facto de permitir colocar em prática e consolidar os conhecimentos previamente adquiridos, assim como, obter alguma experiência profissional. O estágio decorreu entre outubro de 2017 e janeiro de 2018, na Time Out Lisboa, que é uma revista de media e entretenimento.
A primeira parte do relatório aborda o enquadramento teórico, no qual se aborda a Sociedade de Informação, passando para os Media Sociais, posteriormente Redes Sociais, principalmente naquelas a que a estagiária mais recorreu durante o estágio e terminando nas Estratégias de Marketing.
A segunda parte constitui o enquadramento prático, nomeadamente a caraterização da empresa, a descrição das tarefas desempenhadas e as dificuldades encontradas ao longo do estágio. E, por último, serão apresentadas as propostas de melhorias bem como as conclusões.
To obtain a Master's Degree in Digital Marketing, we were offered a Dissertation, a Project or an Internship Report. The choice of an Internship report was due to the fact that it made possible by putting into practice and consolidate the knowledge previously acquired, as well as obtaining some professional experience. The internship took place between October 2017 and January 2018, at Time Out Lisboa, a media and entertainment magazine. The first part of the report addresses the theoretical framework, which addresses Information Society, moving to Social Media, later Social Networks, especially those in which interns had more use in the internship and ending up in Marketing Strategies. The second part constitutes the practical framework, such as the characterization of the company, the description of the tasks performed and the difficulties encountered during the internship. Finally, proposals for improvements and conclusions will be presented.
