| dc.description.abstract | O interesse no Turismo Cultural tem-se revelado uma tendência no quadro turístico internacional e Portugal não é exceção à regra. Pode, portanto, considerar –se que o turismo cultural representa o conjunto de movimentos de pessoas em busca de motivações, essencialmente culturais. No fundo, trata-se de viagens motivadas pelo desejo de ver coisas novas, de aumentar conhecimentos, e descobrir hábitos de outras culturas e povos. O Turismo Cultural entra, então, na categoria da crescente tendência da plurimotivação da viagem turística, o que obriga a repensar alguns modelos tradicionais de segmentação, abrindo novas possibilidades, nomeadamente ao desenvolvimento de itinerários turísticos temáticos. Atualmente, encontramos no mercado uma abundante oferta deste tipo de itinerários, pois construi-los pode resultar de opções infindáveis. Nota-se a multiplicidade de materiais móveis, imóveis e ainda a dimensão intangível, para a qual a UNESCO tem vindo a chamar a atenção e a salvaguardar nos últimos anos, a partir da qual a implementação de itinerários temáticos tem vindo a abrir caminhos à valorização cultural. É inegável que o concelho de Peniche detém um vasto e rico património cultural, resultante, no fundo, do reflexo de uma matriz histórica única que lhe atribui um carácter diferenciador Este território tem um potencial invejável, quando comparado com realidades similares e geograficamente próximas, para o desenvolvimento de um turismo cultural - especialmente no campo dos itinerários turísticos temáticos. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The interest showed for cultural tourism in international terms has been a great tendency, and Portugal is no exception. We can consider that cultural tourism represents the people that travel with the soul propose of visiting cultural places. In the end, the travelers are motivated by the desire of seeing new things, increasing their knowledge, and discover habits of other cultures and peoples. From this point of view, cultural tourism fits into the category from which it takes new models of segmentation, and the opening of new possibilities, such as the development of thematic itineraries. Nowadays, we can find in the market a substantial supply of this kind of itineraries, because by doing so the results became endless. From any resources, including the intangible heritage, that UNESCO has been drawing so much attention in the last few years, the implementation of thematic itineraries opens paths for cultural appreciation, It is undeniable that Peniche has a vast and rich cultural heritage, which is, after all, a reflection of a unique historical past, hence its distinctive character. This territory has a tremendous potential when compared to similar towns geographically closer, for the development of cultural tourism- especially the thematic itineraries. | pt_PT |
