Este relatório de estágio aborda os processos necessários à comunicação de investigação desenvolvida por investigadores académicos. Neste caso em particular, o trabalho é desenvolvido na C3i.
A revisão de literatura abrange o conceito de Comunicação Integrada de Marketing atualizado, (Keller, 2016), engloba a evolução das relações públicas em Portugal, dado que muitas atividades de comunicação realizadas nesta unidade de investigação são da área das relações públicas e, por fim, apresenta noções de comunicar ciência, uma temática ainda pouco estudada em Portugal. De seguida apresentam-se as atividades desenvolvidas no período em que decorreu o estágio.
Foi ainda aplicada a metodologia quantitativa, tendo sido distribuído um questionário aos investigadores para apurar se a diferença na frequência da comunicação interna foi percecionada pelos mesmos.
Os resultados deste relatório de estágio deixam antever que a evolução dos conceitos de comunicação integrada de marketing e das relações públicas se refletem na comunicação realizada no âmbito da unidade de investigação durante o período em que o estágio decorre. O questionário permite apurar que os investigadores inquiridos mencionam maior frequência na comunicação direcionada para eles, no período em que o estágio decorre, e melhor qualidade na comunicação realizada.
This traineeship report approaches the necessary processes to the communication of investigation developed by academic researchers. In this case, the work is developed in the C3i. The literature revision includes the concept of Integrated Marketing Communication, (Keller, 2016), it includes the evolution of the public relations in Portugal, by the fact that many activities of communication carried out in this investigation unit are of the public relations area and, finally, presents concepts of communicating science, a theme that is not well studied in Portugal. At the end, there are presented the activities developed during the period in which the traineeship ocurred. The quantitative methodology was also applied, and a questionnaire was distributed to the researchers to determine if the difference in the frequency of internal communication was perceived by them. The results of this report of traineeship let foresee what was the evolution of the concepts of integrated marketing communication and of the public relations are shown in the communication carried out in the context of the unity of investigation during the traineeship. The questionnaire allows us to verify that the researchers interviewed mentioned a higher frequency in the communication directed to them, during the period of the internship, and a better quality of communication.
