Este relatório foi elaborado no âmbito do 7º Mestrado em associação em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica na área da Pessoa em Situação Crítica, da Escola Superior de Saúde de Portalegre, apresentando uma análise reflexiva das atividades realizadas durante o percurso académico e as experiências vivenciadas durante os estágios em contexto de Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos e Serviço de Urgência.
Por meio da abordagem da Metodologia de Projeto, desenvolveu-se um projeto de intervenção em serviço focado no Transporte Intra-hospitalar da Pessoa em Situação Crítica, com o propósito de elevar os padrões de segurança e de qualidade dos cuidados de Enfermagem. Desse modo, foi realizada uma scoping review com o título “A Segurança da Pessoa em Situação Crítica no Transporte Intra-hospitalar – uma scoping review”.
A aplicação da Teoria da Incerteza na Doença de Mishel, em conjunto com o processo crítico-reflexivo das atividades desenvolvidas durante o presente Mestrado, mostraram-se fundamentais para o desenvolvimento das competências comuns e específicas enquanto futuro enfermeiro especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica na área da Pessoa em Situação Crítica e Mestre em Enfermagem
This report was prepared within the scope of the 7th Master's degree in Medical-Surgical Nursing with a focus on Critical Care Nursing at the School of Health of Portalegre, presenting a reflective analysis of the activities carried out during the academic journey and the experiences gained during internships in Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Department settings. Through the approach of the Project Methodology, an in-service intervention project focused on the Intra-hospital Transport of the Person in Critical Situation was developed, with the purpose of raising the standards of safety and quality of nursing care. Thus, a scoping review was carried out with the title "The Safety of the Person in Critical Situation in Intra-hospital Transport – a scoping review". The application of the Uncertainty Theory in Mishel's Disease, together with the critical-reflective process of the activities developed during this Master's Degree, proved to be fundamental for the development of common and specific competencies as a future specialist nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing in the area of the Critically Ill Person and Master in Nursing.
