Abstract(s)
mediadores/educadores.
The present report summarizes the intervention project conducted with a group of children residing in Bairro das Palmeiras, located in the municipality of Barreiro. This led to the definition of the following research question: “How can experience, cocreation, and participation be conceptualized and operationalized as tools for the educational and artistic development of individuals?” This intervention, therefore, has two main objectives: to promote learning through art, and to create a space of sharing and trust, where participants feel comfortable. The methodology follows a qualitative research-action approach, blending theory with practice. The data collection tools used were participant observation, field notes, informal dialogues, photographic and video documentation, as well as focus group interviews with the participants. As for the main results obtained, the personal and collective development of the participants stands out, promoting different types of learning, such as strengthening interpersonal relationships, promoting social cohesion, artistic exploration, and participation in co-creation. It is concluded that the use of micro-methodologies facilitates new learning experiences for participants by adapting to their interests and curiosities, and serves as an essential tool for mediators and educators.
