Abstract(s)
desempenho do indivíduo.
A sexta secção é carácter prático, descrevo as actividades
Administrative reforms do not always contribute positively to the performance of the individual. Human resources must distribute the people of an organization so that they perform their function with a high degree of performance, this being a human capital that must be used effectively in the organization. This report is the final product not only of a curricular internship I developed in the Santa Casa da Misericórdia organization of Amadora, but also of all the learning that I developed at the time of my academic course at the Undergraduate and Masters level. In this way, this report is divided into seven sections. The first is an introductory section to the report. The second, third and fourth sections refer to the theoretical framework of some HRM practices with which I have had more contact during the internship, namely: Recruitment and Selection, Reception and Integration, Training and Development. In the fifth section I present the organization, its origin, mission, vision and its valences. The sixth section is a practical one, describing the activities carried out and the respective HRM practices. And lastly, section and last section I make some conclusions and recommendations relatively stage.
