Purpose:
The Purpose of this dissertation is to indicate that the company has improved based on the adoption of the new methodologies.
Additionally, this paper examines how some Quality and Lean methodologies were implemented and if it is feasible in Mozambique. This paper delves into how Quality Management and Lean have been applied to a single Micro Small and Medium Enterprise and if there is room for improvement and how will it be accomplished. How has Quality Management and Lean Methodologies been applied in a specific Mozambican MSME (Fager, Lda)? How can it be improved? As well as if MSME’s will eventually follow the path of Lean Methodology and Quality Management. Are MSME’s likely to implement Lean and Quality Management opposite to what the literature suggests?
