Abstract(s)
The dental anomalies of number, position, composition, eruption and structure/morphology often require changes when it comes to the conventional surgical technique by the Dentist. In this monography is going to be refered and, everytime that is possible, accompained by illustrative images, every dental anomalie which form part of the above mentioned, as well as the genetic syndromes that, more frequently, have clinical features of what is considered as the typical/normal morphology of a certain tooth. It was decided that, in this monography, it would be shown the alterations to be done in the conventional surgical technique, if they exist, for the case of the Dentist have to extract a pacient's tooth with a morphologic dental anomalie, which is what we call an 'anomalie of form'. The anomalies of form are: gemination, fusion, concrescence, taurodontism, conoid teeth, enamel pearls, dens in dente and root dilaceration. To explain what surgical technique to be done in this situations there is some examples of clinical cases discribed in the consulted literature, which are referenced in this literature review and described in the Bibliography chapter.
