Abstract(s)
Introdução: A enfermagem enquanto ciência e profissão, é uma das áreas fulcrais das Ciências da Saúde que aposta na formação diferenciada e específica, como forma de acompanhar a evolução dos tempos. A autoformação, numa determinada área, representa uma estratégia de relevo ao crescimento de competências profissionais do enfermeiro. Barbosa (2015) assume que a aquisição de competências promove o desenvolvimento de uma nova prática em enfermagem que consequentemente irá influenciar um processo de transformação no trabalho. Este relatório de estágio é a ferramenta que consolida o percurso de aquisição de competências em enfermagem num determinado saber especializado na presente situação, denominado de competências específicas à pessoa em situação crítica. Objetivo: Tem como objetivo primordial descrever o percurso de aquisição de competências, tendo em conta o artigo 8º do Estatuto da Ordem dos Enfermeiros alterado e republicado pela Lei nº156/2015 de 16 de Setembro, bem como os Regulamentos de Competências do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem, mais especificamente à pessoa em situação crítica e o plano de estudos do curso de MEMC 2015/2017 Metodologia. Assim sendo, este relatório analítico- descritivo relata o processo de aquisição de competências, o qual inclui o percurso realizado nos estágios I,II e III; os contextos onde os mesmos se desenvolveram e a reflexão sobre as estratégias utilizadas. Resultados: Como enfermeira, num percurso de aquisição de competências especializadas, desenvolvi áreas de atuação própria com a aquisição de competências específicas de relevância tais como: cuidar da pessoa em falência orgânica ou doença crítica; gestão de situações de emergência e catástrofe, promoção e controle da infeção. Não descurando a especificidade, desenvolvi ainda outros domínios: como o da responsabilização ética e legal na tomada de decisão; a capacidade de liderança, promovendo ambientes de práticas de cuidados que respeitam a dignidade humana e profissional, apostando na promoção de programas que promovem a qualidade dos cuidados. Este processo culminou com a proposta na área do transporte intra-hospitalar seguro do doente crítico, que a utilização de uma check-list de transporte, a qual vem sistematizar um pensamento fundamentado, criando uma metodologia de trabalho segura. Conclusão: ao culminar o processo de aquisição de competências, fica a estrutura de um pensamento crítico, baseado na evidência científica, fundamentado pela experiência, aquisição de aptidões e habilidades no cuidar à pessoa em situação crítica.
Introduction: Nursing as a science and profession is one of the core areas of Health Sciences and bets on differentiated and specific training as a way to follow up the evolution of the times. Self-training in a particular area represents a major strategy for the growth of nurses' work-related competencies. Barbosa (2015) assumes that the acquisition of competencies promotes the development of a new nursing practice which will consequently influence a transformation process in the work. This internship report is the tool that consolidates the course of acquisition of nursing competencies in a specific specialized knowledge, which is called ‘specific competences in the care of the person in a critical situation’. Aim: The main aim of this report is to describe the course of acquisition of competencies taking into consideration the Nurses' Order Statute (article 8), which was amended and republished by the Law no.156 / 2015 of September 16, as well as the Competencies Regulations of the Nurse Specialist in Nursing, more specifically, in this last item, the person in critical situation and the study plan of the MEMC course 2015/2017. Methodology: Thus, this analytical-descriptive report describes the competencies acquisition process, which includes the trajectory carried out in training I, II and III, the contexts where they have developed and the reflection upon the strategies used. Outcomes: As a nurse in a course of acquisition of specialized competencies, I have developed action areas of my own with the acquisition of relevant specific competences, such as taking care for the person in organic failure or critical illness, the management of emergency and disaster situations and the promotion and control infection control. Without neglecting the specificity, I have also developed other domains such as ethical and legal responsibility in decision making, leadership capacity, promoting care practice environments that respect human and professional dignity, enhancing the promotion policies which promote quality of care. This process culminated with the proposal of safe intra-hospital transport of the critical patient with the use of a transportation checklist which systematizes a reasoned thinking creating a safe working methodology. Conclusion: at the end of the process of acquisition of competencies, the structure of a critical thinking based on scientific evidence settles. This is reasoned by the experience and the acquisition of skills and abilities in the caring of the person in critical situation.
