O mesmo teve como objetivos de acompanhar e planear os procedimentos relativos ao controlo e à garantia da segurança alimentar numa loja da grande distribuição e a aplicação de conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do curso para a prática no dia a dia da loja.Foi assim possível acompanhar o funcionamento da loja Continente Modelo da Figueira da Foz e realizar tarefas diárias nas diversas áreas da loja, como reposição da secção alimentar, auditorias de preços, autocontrolo e controlo de validades e depreciação.Os procedimentos e instruções de trabalho do Continente Modelo da Figueira da Foz permitem garantir a Higiene e Segurança Alimentar dos produtos comercializados, aumentando a confiança do consumir final.The curricular internship within the scope of the Master's Course in Food Engineering was carried out at the Continente Modelo store, in Figueira da Foz. The curricular internship started on February 7, 2022 and ended on August 7, 2022.
