É no 1.º ciclo do ensino básico que se inicia, formalmente, a sua aprendizagem, constituindo este, um momento chave para a aprendizagem da criança. Consciente desta importância, e para que os alunos atinjam o sucesso escolar, considerou-se necessário dedicar tempo às atividades de escrita na sala de aula, nomeadamente, à revisão de textos. A revisão surge assim como um processo que permite voltar a ler os textos escritos, trabalhá-los, no sentido de refletir sobre o que se escreveu, e, eventualmente, modificá-los, com o objetivo de aperfeiçoar e melhorar. Inserido no paradigma qualitativo e numa abordagem próxima da investigação-ação, este projeto de investigação procura compreender a importância da revisão textual para o desenvolvimento da escrita, ou seja, refletir sobre o modo como esta prática permite melhorar os textos dos alunos. A investigação foi desenvolvida em contexto de 1.º ciclo do ensino básico, numa turma de 2.º ano de escolaridade, sendo a amostra constituída por seis alunos. A recolha de dados foi realizada através da observação, notas de campo, entrevista e análise de documentos. A análise aos dados recolhidos foi realizada através da análise de conteúdos. A análise aos dados recolhidos permitiu constatar quais as modificações operadas nos textos aquando da revisão, e perceber, segundo a perspetiva dos alunos, quais as principais aprendizagens associadas a esta tarefa.Writing, in school, assumes a relevant role in the learning process of the students, is was considered that is through her that we teach, learn and evaluate almost our knowledge. Inserted into the qualitative paradigm and a close approach to research-action, this research project seeks to understand the importance of textual revision to the development of writing, that is, to reflect on how this practice improves the texts of the students. The investigation was developed in the context of 1st cycle of basic education, a class of 2nd grade, being the sample made of six students. The data gathering was made through observation, field notes, interview, and document analysis. The gathered data analysis was made through the analysis of the content.
