Acolher, significa receber com atenção, escutar ativamente e orientar a família no processo de transição saúde/doença do seu ente-querido, oferecendo suporte emocional, informativo e relacional de forma humanizada e empática. Tem pressuposto respeito, humaniza o cuidado, fortalece a relação de confiança e tem, por isso, particular relevância em todo o contexto de cuidados à PSC. Assim e no sentido de conhecer a mais recente evidencia científica, realizou-se uma Revisão Scoping, subordinada ao tema “intervenções de enfermagem no acolhimento à família da Pessoa em Situação Crítica”, cujos resultados serão aqui referenciados. A elaboração deste relatório, assenta numa metodologia crítica, descritiva e reflexiva do percurso formativo desenvolvido até aqui, evidenciando o desenvolvimento e aquisição de competências técnicas e científicas, definidas para a atribuição do grau de Mestre em Enfermagem e do título de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica na área de Enfermagem à Pessoa em Situação Crítica. Enquanto linha orientadora do pensamento em enfermagem, sustentamos conceptualmente todo o percurso formativo na Teoria das Transições de Afaf Meleis. Este percurso foi suportado no Regulamento de Competências Comuns do Enfermeiro Especialista, Competências Especificas do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-cirúrgica na área de Enfermagem à Pessoa em Situação Crítica e pelos descritores de Dublin que qualificam o segundo ciclo de formação, que confere o grau de Mestre em Enfermagem.Welcoming the family of a person in a critical situation is an essential component of the whole care process. Welcoming means attentively receiving, actively listening to and guiding the family through the health/illness transition process of their loved one, offering emotional, informational and relational support in a humanized and empathetic way. It presupposes respect, humanizes care, strengthens the relationship of trust and is therefore particularly important in the whole context of care to a person in critical condition. In order to find out about the latest scientific evidence, a Scoping Review was carried out on the subject of “nursing interventions in welcoming the family of the person in a critical situation”, the results of which will be referenced here. This report is based on a critical, descriptive and reflective methodology of the training developed so far, showing the development and acquisition of technical and scientific skills, defined for the award of the Master's degree in Nursing and the title of Specialist Nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing in the area of Nursing for the Critically Ill Person. As a guideline for nursing thinking, we conceptually based the entire training course on Afaf Meleis' Transitions Theory. This path was supported by the Regulation on the Common Competences of the Specialist Nurse, the Specific Competences of the Specialist Nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing in the area of Critical Care Nursing and the Dublin descriptors that qualify the second cycle of training, which confers the degree of Master in Nursing.porFamíliaPessoa em situação críticaEnfermagemmaster thesis203998308
