O projeto base para a concretização deste estágio incidiu sobre a análise e atualização das Fichas de Dados de Segurança (FDS) dos produtos químicos utilizados na atividade desta mesma empresa. Para uma melhor análise e atualização das mesmas, foi necessário recorrer à legislação em vigor que as regula, nomeadamente o REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals) e o CLP (Classification, Labeling and Packaging), que indicam as principais obrigações legais impostas em matérias de produtos químicos, a quem e com que finalidade. Para a concretização dos objetivos definidos para este estágio foi inicialmente feito um levantamento de todos os produtos químicos existentes na fábrica e cruzamento das respetivas Fichas de Dados de Segurança. Após identificadas todas as fichas, ou falta delas, foi feita uma análise às mesmas e, sempre que se verificou necessidade, foram solicitadas novas FDS aos fornecedores. Após receção das novas FDS foram feitas novas análises de conformidade e, no caso de estarem conformes, avançava-se para o preenchimento de uma tabela (documento interno) onde se registava o produto e dados acerca do mesmo, garantido assim que existe, sempre atualizado, um documento de consulta rápida acerca de todos os produtos e todos os seus componentes, perigos, modos de extinção de incêndios, armazenagem e onde os encontramos ao longo da fábrica, que fica disponível no SGI (Sistema de Gestão Integrado) da empresa, ao qual todos os trabalhadores têm acesso.This report is the result of a curricular internship developed in a real work context at the company 'Crown Cork & Seal' of Alcochete. The base project for preforming this internship was focused in the analysis and update of the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) of the chemicals used in the activity of this same company. In order to better analyze and update of these, it was necessary to rely use the legislation that regulates them, namely REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals) and CLP (Classification, Labeling and Packaging), which indicate the main legal obligations imposed in chemical matters, to whom and for which purpose. To achieve the goals established for this internship, at first, a survey was done in order to collect all the chemical products existent in the plant and cross referenced with the respective MDMS. After receipt of the new MSDS, new conformity analyzes were done, and in case of being accordingly, proceed to the fulfillment of a table (internal document) where the product was recorded with all its information. thus ensuring that there is a document for quick consulting, always updated, with all the products and it's components, dangers, ways of extinguishing in case of fire, storage and where they can be found along the plant, that is available at the company's SGI (Integrated Management System), which is accessible to all employees.pormaster thesis202372022
