Santos, José Fernando Sá dos2023-08-032023-08-032022-07-25http://hdl.handle.net/10400.26/46028O presente estudo teórico teve como propósito potenciar uma reflexão sobre a separação do atendimento ao público da gestão policial, bem como analisar a pertinência da eventual implementação de um modelo de reorganização do atendimento ao público, a fim de dar uma resposta mais célere, diferenciada e especializada ao cidadão. Pelo observado na análise realizada, essa reestruturação pode passar pela centralização de serviços de atendimento ao público, de forma integrada, num edifício com uma área geográfica de representação nunca inferior ao atual nível de divisão, que, com uma triagem otimizada, nomeadamente através da utilização de dispositivos de inteligência artificial, se pode traduzir não só na rapidez da resolução do auxílio pelo qual os cidadãos se deslocam às diversas esquadras policiais, mas também na redistribuição dos polícias para outras áreas, porventura mais especializadas. A triagem atrás referida não implica a substituição da presença física de polícias nos locais de atendimento. A importância da relação de proximidade policia-cidadão está espelhada ao longo do trabalho e é um objetivo, bem como um desafio que assim se mantenha.The purpose of this theoretical study was to empower a reflection on the separation of the public attendance from the police management, as well as to analyze the pertinence of the eventual implementation of a model of reorganization of the public attendance, to give a faster, differentiated, and specialized response to the citizen. As observed in the analysis carried out, this restructuring may involve the centralization of the public attendance services, in an integrated manner, in a building with a geographical area of representation never inferior to the current division level, which, with an optimized triage, namely through the use of artificial intelligence devices, may be translated not only in the speed of resolution of the assistance for which citizens go to the various police stations, but also in the redistribution of police officers to other areas, perhaps more specialized. The abovementioned triage does not imply the substitution of the physical presence of police officers in the attendance places.
